New Citizens fee propsed proposal

The value of GRD has increased alot and 10 GRD is equvilaent to more than 0.2 gold. That means that for every five new citizens Greece loses 1 gold +.

I recommend reducing the citizens fee to 5 or 6 GRD in order to cut our loses and gain more money for the Greek government, considering we are at war. In the long run this could save us a great deal of money.

The cost of Q1 food is 1.3 GRD so i am sure new citizens will be fine with this new citizen fee.

Before I make the propsal I need opinions.

My suggestion is to wait a couple of days and then propose a change to 5 or 6. The reason for the delay is that the market is not stabilized yet from lowering basic wage.

We need to also realize that if we have 300 new people in one day we give away 3000 GRD or 72 gold a day! I think maybe 10% stay on the game (and that is generous) so 2700 GRD or 64.8 gold goes to waste everyday there is a boom. I think we can lower it to 5 GRD and offer in the welcome message a link where they can sign up and receive x units of q1 food. This will save the country some money.

I agree with harlambos but we need to contact the president to change the welcome message. Also looking at the information given before me I see everyones positive with 4-6 GRD so I think 5 GRDs the best.

Do I have permission to propose it? We can make the welcome message afterwards but please can I propose it?

I can agree with citizen fee of 5 grd but i need to go further than that.
The problem is that the state is loosing money from new players that quit early.
What if we can find another formula like no money but 4 q1 food .Or a combination of both ( money and food but around 5 grd total expense )
Since new players do not need nothing but food the first 2 days. Then after the first week or so we can see if they are going to stay in the game and compensate them with something else (money or food).
