Where is the president?

So is 1Fanmel going to ever make a statement as new president what his goals are? I keep waiting but seeing nothing from him.

Because of a personal issue he is absent for a while but the gov hasn't stop working,I am representing him in Atlantis,and Taxoparei is still working as MoFA,moreover I am working in the Finances.Of course when he comes things will be easier for everyone
